Behringer Systems Behringer® clamp and RH Series "rounded hygienic hangers" are the industry standard for quick, effective securing of sanitary process piping. Available in sizes from 1/4" O.D. thru 30" O.D., these hangers secure both process and utility systems including steam and condensate lines. Materials of construction include standard hardware in 304SS, 316SS, and molded supports in Santoprene (an FDA regulated thermoplastic rubber) or Polypropylene sufficient to withstand most cleaning and process fluids. Check-All is a leading manufacturer of insert style sanitary and non-sanitary check valves. Sanitary models are available in 316/316L stainless steel with standard 32 Ra or better finish (finer available) for new or existing systems. These designs seal on the ID of sanitary ferrules and are designed to be easily disassembled for maintenance. The insert design makes this style valve very economical when compared to full-bodied valves. There are a wide variety of seat materials and cracking pressures allowing for use as check valves or vacuum breakers.
